If you’re looking for a delicious and refreshing breakfast this smoothie is for you! Using fresh strawberries, strawberry greek yogurt, and some A+ mix-ins you’ll be in a very berry mood!
Summertime Smoothie Bowl
Serves: 1 smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 strawberries
- 6 oz strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk, vanilla unsweetened
- 3 frozen figs
- 3 ice cubes
- Turmeric
Toppings: Your favorite power bar (I used Zing bars) + Granola and nuts for a salty addition!
Directions: Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl or jar (if you’re on the go) and top with your favorites!
