Sick of your regular yogurt and berry breakfast? Well give this Chia pudding recipe a try! This recipe is great for when you want to already have something ready to go in the morning. Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids (healthy fats), packs some protein and fiber, too! Though this make look soupy when you go to bed, trust me the chia seeds will thicken this mixture up in no time!
Chia Pudding Parfait
Serves: 1 Parfait
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2-1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 Tbsp nut butter
- Mix all ingredients together in a jar or bowl and cover overnight.
- Layer first with chia pudding, then fruit etc.
- Top with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, nuts, nut butter etc.
