My coaching is individualized based on your personal goals. We work together to create a plan that works for you and fits your needs, getting you on the road to feeling your best!
All services start with a FREE 15 minute phone consultation where you’ll tell me all about your nutrition goals. From there, you can choose which option is the best for you!
- 60 minute initial session + 2 follow up sessions
- 60 minute initial session + 4 follow up sessions
- 60 minute initial session + 6 follow up sessions
What you’ll receive in each session:
- The initial session will provide you with a macro goal, three or more achievable personalized goals, recipes, and one day of meal planning.
- The follow up sessions provide a check-in on your progress and nutrition education on requested topics.
- All sessions are available in person in the Greater Cincinnati area, or via Skype or FaceTime.
- Grocery store tours, shopping help, and meal-planning guidance are also available!
